Our physical store is located at Seebi 1, Tallinn, Estonia, 11316. But we deliver in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland. If you have the opportunity, come to our store – we will be happy to talk and help you with any question!

We offer cartridges, machines, studio equipment, inks, hygiene ning aftercare supplies.
Do you offer any kind of warranty for your products?
Single-use products are subject to a 14 day warranty if they are in unused, original unopened packaging. The equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s direct warranty for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Are there any discounts or campaigns when buying in bulk?
There are definitely discounts, campaigns and individual offers are also possible when buying in bulk.
Can I track my order after placing it?
You can check the order status in your personal account space on our website or track the parcel on the website of the transport company that you selected when placing the order.
What is your refund policy and how can I make a refund?
If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you have the right to return your order or part of it to us in unused and untested form and at your own expense. The return costs are to be held by the buyer. You must notify us of the returned goods within 14 days from the day you received the order. Returned products must be returned within 14 days of notification of return. Please pack the products properly to avoid damage. If desired, also include the reason for the return. The amount paid for the returned goods will be transferred to your indicated account within 7 days upon the returned goods will arrive to us. In the event that the products that have reached you are damaged or do not correspond to your description upon receipt, you can contact us within 2 months of the occurrence of the defect. We will then offer you product replacement or compensation.
Is there a minimum purchase amount in your store ?
